'Here's Our Proof' Booklet

Most executives know Kentucky for exactly two things, and neither is “where we should expand.” Commerce Lexington needed a leave-behind that changed that conversation.

 

I wrote new copy for this booklet that walks decision-makers through the Bluegrass Region’s case one proof point at a time: a nine-county region that works as one team, a spot at the crossroads of I-75 and I-64 within a day’s drive of most of the country’s manufacturing, a startup scene fueled by the University of Kentucky, and a quality of life that makes recruiting easy. It’s an economic development pitch that reads like an invitation, not a spreadsheet.
